Functions :

Represents the agency in claims filed with the Claims Commission, Grievance Hearings and others, both at the internal and State level. He monitors lawsuits filed by offenders and employees, providing legal review of agency policies, contracts, leases and other legal documents, as well as providing training/advice regarding legal issues that have a potential impact on the agency.
